Felix Hodson is CEO and co-founder of Planlab, a company bringing AI coworkers into planning teams so planners can focus on decision-making, coordination and moving projects forward.

Felix works directly with customers to understand their hardest planning challenges and shape how AI can change the way major projects are planned and delivered. He leads engagements with major infrastructure and construction contractors, consultancies and asset owners across the UK, Europe and the United States, applying AI agents to schedule generation, risk analysis, reporting and optimisation.

Before founding Planlab, Felix was a Partner at Boston Consulting Group in the Industrial Goods practice, where he headed BCG’s large capital project planning offer in London. He advised clients on forward planning and live schedule management for major capital programmes, as well as AI and analytics projects in supply chain, manufacturing and operations worldwide.
