Kevin has spent 20 years in immigration. His first ten were with the Home Office as an immigration officer at Heathrow Airport, working across criminal investigations, intelligence, surveillance and coastal enforcement patrols with customs. He then moved into enforcement, conducting site visits and issuing civil penalty notices. He went on to found Immigration Compliance, which supports businesses through the civil penalty process, and has worked on more than 160 civil penalty cases over the past decade.
