Grange Hospital: Identifying a 29-Week Programme Saving through digital validation

What happens to the knowledge gained on a major MMC project when the team moves on? Using the Grange University Hospital case study, this session shows how expert knowledge, mixed design data and installation methods were captured in a reusable digital twin, then used to test a prefabricated wall concept from one panel to a whole ward. Attendees will see how simulation supported clearer decisions on sequencing, logistics, safety and potential programme improvement.
